Job Description: 

As the Accounts Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial health of Kovai Restaurants LLC. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, overseeing budgeting and forecasting, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Your expertise will help us make informed financial decisions and drive our business forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.

• Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage annual budgets, monitor financial performance against budgeted targets, and provide financial forecasts to support decision-making.

• Accounts Payable and Receivable: Oversee the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections, and resolving any financial discrepancies.

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to provide insights into the company's financial performance.

• Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including filing tax returns and managing tax payments. Collaborate with external auditors as needed.

• Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities for cost savings, and areas for financial improvement.

• Financial Policies: Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets and maintain financial integrity.

• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including operations and human resources, to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification preferred.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or financial management, with supervisory experience preferred.

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.

• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
